I was wondering what is the difference between the premium and ultimate editions of Windows Vista? Is it worth the money?

It looks like very minor differences. IMHO, the "Complete PC Backup" is probably ineffective, as it was in Win XP. And seriously, Fax and Scan are probably not worth the extra dollars either.
I'm leaning towards only buying Ultimate if it's not your money.

But the main difference is backup stuff (which doesn't work..), bitlocker, tablet PC, and the ultimate extras. Plus MUI packs.
