so i have had my laptop for about a week now and when i go to add a shared network printer to my lappy it says access denied, the printer is showing up, its shared, and i am admin, any ideas why it would do this? i need it to work, also, on some programs, if i install them they work, but once i reboot they dont, any ideas? thanks alot
