first thinkpad, bad start

I just bought a ThinkPad T60p and a scrollpoint pro mouse. After installing what I thought was the correct driver for it, my trackpoint and touchpad stopped working. Please help me get back on that notebook!

I am running Windows Home Premium.

apparently a driver issue...

try booting into safe mode and reverting the driver back.
