It might speed up previews, but rendering is still done in the CPU.

As olyteddy stated, previews may be spead up a little bit but it would NOT be worth it.

also. if you're buying it and are in the process of thinking out vista... sli isn't compatible yet, as far as i am aware.
then again. vista is like ehhhhh. similar to windows me :]
but microsoft seems to be pushing it a lot more with the advertising and such...
