My hard drive

Ok, this is my problem

I really need some space

I have a 40gb, and a 80gb jsut sitting here cuz it wont work

I did this alot of times

I checked the boot order befroe, i installed the new hard drive, and it doesnt change at all, but it still tries to boot from the 80gb saying no Operating System Found

need help ASAP

Let me see if I understand what you're trying to say. You have both the 80 and 40 GB hdd installed but it refuses to boot from the 40 GB even if you change the boot sequence. Try running a self test on the HDD to see if it's still good. You can also try hitting F10 during the boot sequence to see if you can force the system to boot from the 40 GB.

Sounds like you have the wrong drive in the primary HDD slot, or you have the jumper pins configured incorrectly on the 2 drives.
