Dual 9100 Batteries?

I currently own an Inspiron 8100 and I love it to death, except for the speed. I've been looking at an XPS or 9100 system and wondered if either have the option of running with two batteries.

Anyone know?

Heh, my salesperson said I could, so I ordered both the primary and secondary battery. I found out later only one battery can be installed at a time, since there is only one battery slot. I kept the order for the 2nd battery anyway.

So, in short, the answer to your question is 'no'.

Don't know if there is a media bay battery for it, there is for most other Dell laptops........ but I haven't seen any info on it for the i9100/ XPS.

I called Dell and it seems that neither the XPS nor the 9100 have modular batteries.
