i thought i would give you guys some help,
networking vista tip:
disable ipv6
workgrouping vista with XP: download LLTD for the XP machines:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
and reboot, make sure you have the same name for the workgroup, IE MSHOME, HOME, or w/e
and bingo, your vista machine will now workgroup with your xp machine!
i was under the empression alot of people were having issues with this so i thought i would help.
