Hello i have s262 with 2 * 512 ddr2 533, do a upgrade to ddr2 667 will improve gaming experience?
the chipset is 945gm with onboard video card.

No. The integrated video is what is holding you back... really, you won't get a better gaming performance with that.

Few laptops support MXM that would allow you to install a new video card. Most are integrated into the motherboard, essentially requiring a new computer.
