Nope...not yet. The dude from AW who wrote me, never replay again after my statment.
At this moment i'm thinking of taking out a HDD from HP compat7400 [SATA] and connecting it to my AW and see if it works...it has Xp installed on it. But i dont know what will the result be. Never try that before.
In 2 days i will post a screen shot i took with my cell phone that bothers me....its a messege Error, that i never seen before. I'm back to my place so i will have connection in reach of my hand. As i said, in next 48H i will post the screen shot that is......wierd.
Thank you all!

installing a drive with XP already installed for another machine would not be wise. You will cause so many hardware issues it will not even be funny.

I contacted AW again, and AW-Steve should be contacting you through PM here on the forums. He's an Alienware rep and should be able to help as much as possible.

Good luck...

Hello again....I haven't tryed the Hp-nx7400 HDD yet and it seems like i wont since you mentioned that it wouldn't be wise.
I did install the OS over 5 times...however, it all worked a day tops...while watching or doing simple tasks i get en error messege. At the beggining i thought i might be driver issue. I did format the partition, install th OS from fresh but that messege was still bothering me. I'm posting the messege here for you.

That error is typically memory related, or hd related, but it can be caused by spyware also...

It can also be due to file corruption in the OS, which would point to a bad hd, or spyware.

I did a google search for 0xc000000e errors, and it looks like it's likely a bad hard drive.

Regarding the hp hd, as lont as it's a SATA150 hd, there should be no problem trying it. It may not be bootable by your system though without a format and reinstall of the OS. So if the other drive can be cleared, it's worth a try IMO.

Thanks for the info...i will look for that error in th google search. I tryed to install the HP Hard disk, but it seems like the side where you connect the HD looks little differant. It simply wont fit in my AW primery Hd location. I dont know what should i do...i'm not sure for 100% that these are HDD issue, if i knew i'd rather order new HDD from newegg then sending my AW system back to states...th proccess will take weeks. I really would like to call AW but from AT&T i cant use 1-800 # i need to get to Dsn line, and i dont have it, or its not anywhere elese.

I guess then the hp drive isn't a SATA150 drive...

AW-Steve should be contacting you next week. They can send you a new hd as fast as Newegg hopefully, and it shouldn't cost you anything.

Usually they either ask you to send your drive to them, then they'll send a replacement when they receive it, or they "pre-approve" the charge for the hd on a credit card, send the drive, then clear your card when they receive the bad drive.

Seeing as you're in Iraq, and this will likely have to be done through APO, it will take a lot longer than normal, so I'm hoping they can make an exception for you.

Might be the best bet to order online from Newegg if they ship APO. They do have a good return policy if it turns out it's not the hd...

I'm bummed out I can't offer you better assistance invader... wish this could be cleared up without having to ship anything anywhere...

m5790 RESORECTED

Hello there!
It has been a couple days since the last time i logged in.
I grew tired of waiting for online support from some peaple, who were spouse to help - give advice.
I get hold of one SATA HDD/100GB/5400RPM, and guess what....?
Everything worked perfectly. I even manage to install XP.
I'm so happy i dont have to depend and wait for certin peaple to E-mail me with advice....that never e-mailed me anyway.
I'm still waiting for 2nd HDD to get. Within next 3-4 days i should have it.
The System works great , no Errors...no lagging...no freezing on start.
It was the HDD after all! I will still try to connect 2nd HDD through USB it might be good...it may only need format.

I only have one qestion for you folks!
Will AW fix those two HDD that are damage if i mail it to'em...or maybe send me a set of new ones...?

I noticed on your boot up screen that your system and video BIOS are being shadowed, for better performance I would disable that in the BIOS if possible.

Glad you got it working. I sure think that is the least AW can do for you, given your situation. It will probably take some extra work on your part to get it done, but worth it.

AW will send you replacement drives for the bad ones.

You should have been contacted via private message here at the forums, not email. I don't think I have your email...

Well...good to hear that, i will mail the HDD to AW - i was conntacted through the pirvete messege here, but that pal didn't leave me a peace of single advice - he had his reasons.
If somehow AW will send me new set of HDD then i would be very pleased.
I will write more when i get the 2nd HDD witch is going to be in my hands on FRI, hopefuly.
Thank you all for all the help here.

Hello folks...
Today is for me 2nd day running my system on two new HDD i brought from local market. I re-connected my internet connection. i've post some pictures [please have a look at'em] everything is alright...for now. i mailed the HDD back.
Lifes good... i couldn't desible the shadow thing in my BIOS though...didn't knew how. Honestly, i was to scared to mess up somthing.
What worries my is that i cant play FEAR on max Res with Max details. i get slide show...that kinda disspointed me, but its alright. i finaly got to install Oblivion and NeverWinter NightsII. I guess i should close this thread since my issue is gone.
Thank you all for trying and all the advices i had from you.
Best Regards from Iraq

Glad it's working for you.

I can't play F.E.A.R. on max res and max settings on my m9700 with two 7900gs's so I'm not surprised you can't do the same with the 5790... It's a beast of a game on max settings.

Good luck over there...
