That phrase is where Creative gets their name from.

The only thing "Creative" about them in recent memory, is their marketing.

I'm really bummed since Creative started selling in Asia and europe, we have more people in the US that use laptops, maybe if Echo came out with a soundcard in the form of express cards then we wouldn't be drooling. We know it's available here now but support from Creative is non-existent if you get one of those bad batch that was destined for China or some other countries in Asia. I'll probably swing for an Iphone instead, too bad Creative just blew your marketing strategy, you missed alot of holidays in the US could've been a major profit for this year, but you blew it.

Then there's the Xmod that claims it's good for mp3, uses alot of hardware resource but you're better of with the free "Toshiba Virtual Sound" software probably the xfi extreme notebook is the same claiming something and whatnot. No reviews anywhere on the net except people having issues and missing speaker docks,(options for another $$$) do we need a company like this it rips off it's loyal customers since the days when they included everything, and everytime you buy Creative products they include the cheap earphone that could give you an ear infection.
