Yes, you could pinmod it to run with a fsb of 667mhz, but the chipset will lock you into using the lowest multiplier, so you'll have a high fsb, but your cpu will be low and locked on x6. So you'll just have a 1ghz cpu after the pinmod. It's not worth it.
