Hello, I bought this notebook at BestBuy on the 15th. It would restart whenever it wants to. I contacted Gateway via the chat tool and they told me to do the Memory diagnostic tool. I did that and got no results. They told me to do the startup repair. I did that and it was ok for that day. Then the next day it started restarting all over again. Im going to call them tonight and see what they have to say. I think its a bad stick of RAM, classic symptoms. They said it was covered under my warranty. I hope they can just mail me a new stick, it would suck if I had to mail her in. Let me know what you think.
