Remove WWAN antenna

I might buy a used t60p with the Verizon WWAN antenna bump and I was just wondering if that is removable. If it is, is it relatively easy? Thanks.

As far as I know you can remove it but you'll have to disassemble the LCD panel to route the wires out of the computer and you'll need to order a new bezel to get rid of the bulge. I'd just remove the WWAN card to save power and level the bulge on.

You don't happen to go to UofT for ECE do you?

Yea figured that's what I would have to do, thanks.

Um..its funny you mention that. I don't go to UT but I'll be there this summer to do some research.
