The Screw-outs at sears are great, just keep a steady hand. Here is how you used them (disclaimer,

, this for typically larger applications) Use a small drill bit to make a "pit" in the screw, we are looking for a bed for the "screw-out". Here is how the crew out works, you put the drill in reverse, HOWEVER, the 'screw out' is reverse threaded, so it should catch in the bed you made and while it tries to bore into the old screw, the old screw begins to rotate out. but remember, the screw is probably in a plastic seat, so be carfull.
