Connecting the Laptop the T.V

I have a s-video output in my laptop (Inspiron 6400, Intel GMA 945).
But when I connect it to my T.V, it does gives the output,but without any colour (black & white).

I have tried changing colour from my laptop,but no use because it dosnt change.

Anyone know what to do ?

Typically its usually a driver OR cable problem. First update your drivers. If that doesnt work then you should consider replaacing the Svideo cable which can run for 5-15 dollars from your local electronics retailer.
