I have an MWave CL56 laptop, with a Mobility Radeon 9700 with 128MB vram, and I'm having graphics issues with running World of Warcraft. Up until the most recent patch, it worked fine with the manufacturer drivers (From Bizcom), but since 2.1.0, I get big jagged bits of environment stretching across my entire view, tree branches blocking big chunks of scenery, a piece of a wall blocking me from seeing mobs/NPCs, etc.
Did the game's requirements outrun my machine's abilities, or is it likely to be an overheating or maybe a driver issue? I'm having dificulty finding any drivers that work with this machine except he Bizcom ones. ATI's drivers refuse to work with it, and Omega drivers had the same problem before the recent patch, and they do the same now as well.
If any of you with Compal CL56 machines have any fixes, I would be eternally grateful!
