upgrades for m9700

Ok I am going to upgrade some of the hardware on the m9700, but I can not remember what the hard drive specs are. (I currently dont have my machine with me, it is being shipped back by alienware) I know that I have a 80gb 5400rpm drive with SATA connection, but is it a Serial ATA 150 or just SATA 3.0gb/s?

Also I am pretty sure on the RAM upgrade, but just to make sure let me ask. I think I currently have 2x 512mb DDR 400 (PC3200) 200pin RAM?

Hey Kazkek,
Its a SATA 150, I ordered one on the 23rd and am recieving it on Wednesday.
