S7110 bios password problems

Thread Starter
Hi my S7110 laptop was working fine and dandy until i lent it to my friend and she bought it back with a bios password on it. I have taken it to 2 local pc/laptop repair shops and they can't fix the problem. I was told I could only get it fix by Fujitsu Seimens. I rung them up and as I can't find my proof of purchase they are unable to help. surely I am not the only person this has happened to and my name and details are on their system. Is there anyone that know how this can be fixed or a company capable of fixing this problem? as now my laptop is rendered useless and a total waste of money.

is it pertaining to the OP? if it is so, it could be that the reason that no one was replying to the subject is because it is due to its nature - namely ownership and legality!

personally i do not believe that this forum is being made to give out "illegal" advice or "hacked" input

cheers ...

Why not just ask your friend for the password?
