Speed Fan on GW 7422GX and M6811

I was just wondering if any one has tried to get Speed Fan to work on a 7422GX or the infamous m6811?

It will monitor HDD temp on my m6809, and that is all IIRC. It's been a while since I tried it, but I do remember it did not read core temps.

This is kind of a shot in the dark since I don't know what problem you're trying to solve, but if you're having the famous 7422GX fan-spins-fast-then-shutdown issue, see http://www.techsupportforum.com/hard...my-laptop.html
