I'm sorry, I meant on the phone, not hold.
However, I tried pointing out to Tech Support that the order status in my account was incorrect with the wrong components and was told that I needed to wait for the system to be in my hands before I could do anything about it, even though the Parts Listing in the Status was exactly what I wound up getting.
I know it's far fetched and what not, but I have the Chat logs to back up the blatant incompetancies on Dell's Part.
Nidkir_01578: The RADEON card will perform exactly the same as the nvidea Card. The nvidea also uses 128MB of system memory like the RADEON.
