Hey,



Ok My clock on my computer will not stay set at all. It loses days and I have to reset it after I shut it down everytime.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the date only or the time as well?

Could be a bad CMOS battery.

It is both, the computer is brand new. Can i get sager to send me a new battery?

Yes, they should be able to take care of that (CMOS battery if it's hardware). I've noticed some programs for time keeping being off, so make sure atomic clock and other programes are not installed.

Does sager have an Email I can send to them? My schedule makes it hard for me to get in touch with them during business hours.
