Acer 5102 eLock

I have not been able to find how to find or activate "eLock" in my relatively new Acer 5102 Notebook. I've reset my computer back to factory specs several times, but eLock never appears.

Do you know if this is an option that is provided only on certain Acer laptops?

You can probably reinstall eLock
Just download it again from the drivers page
