Driver Help!

I recently did a format and fresh install of Windows XP Pro onto my ThinkPad. After that I tried connecting to the internet and update all my drivers but then I realized that when I formatted, I also deleted my ethernet controller drivers. So I can't connect to the internet at all. Does anybody know how to remedy this? Especially since I can't find the model type on my Laptop and it frustrates me to no end.

if you cant even find the model # of your pc take it to a shop.
