I have an IBM R60e purchased from Costco.ca. I've just realized that the top Expresscard slot in my PC Card Slot is blocked so it looks like this model does not offer this functionality. However, I've noticed from the parts list on the IBM site that the R60 does offer an Expresscard in its PC Card Slot...

Has anyone attempted to replace their R60E PC Card Slot part with the one from an R60E or know if this is even possible? From what I can tell, these systems have identical motherboards and multiple shared components so I don't think this would be that difficult.
