I have been searching the net for a way to get in contact with the guys at pctorque since apparently they get weeks off of work at a time or something. I placed an order for a computer a long time ago over a month actually and since there were too many complications I decided to cancel the order. I cancelled the order using their online instant message chat system or whatever since the numerous phone and email messages were never returned. Just to make sure things would go better than they had been, I had the guy send me a confirmation of the cancellation and refund via email. However, it has been over 2 weeks now and I have still am being charged for an order that I cancelled and I have not been refunded
PCtorque is really getting to my nerves as they dont seem to ever return calls or email messages; not to mention no one ever picks up the phone. I have called on several different "regular" business days and nobody ever picks up the phone or responds to emails...
I think I have been patient enough with them since its been a little over a month since I originally placed my order.
Anyways, I saw that they apparently post on these forums so I was wondering if either one of them could help me out or someone else could give me some suggestions. I would greatly appreciate any help.
