Hi all
I just did a clean installation of Windows Vista on my Vaio SZ34GP. Took few hours and i managed to install and update most of the drivers and applications but ran into a few problems
1. Same problems with a lot of ppl (i tried searching forum) The FN function keys. How do i go about it making it work with brightness and volume
2. For SZ series, i have the S1, S2 button so is the speed/stamina and wireless switch button. So far, none of this buttons work. How do i go about making them work.
I have install Sony Control Center, and was able to access the settings for S button but when i click on them nothing happens
3. My laptop seems to be unable to find my Geforce Go 7400 Graphics card. I installed the basic Intel express graphics card and that went fine. But the laptop couldnt find the geforce graphics card. setting the switch on speed doesnt do anything.
I downloaded the XP version driver and the Vista version driver of from the Sony support and Nvidia Support but both gives me a "fail update driver" error. Device manager doesnt show the graphics card, just the intel chipset one.
That is all the problems i have at the moment
If you guys can give me a hand with this, that will be great
