Hello all. My first post here. I was hoping that maybe someone could possibly give me some suggestions. The Ricoh 5-in-1 card reader does not seem to be working any longer. It used to work fine the last time I used it (3 months ago). The control panel shows that the reader is detected and that the hardware is working properly. I see all the correct entries as well and there are no "!" at all. I reinstalled the drivers to see if that would help, but nothing happens when an SD card is inserted. I searched the forums here and the support section of the HP website, but there isn't much documentation or solutions. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
