Need help with HP ZE2000

Thread Starter
I just got given this laptop from the mother in law and i need to replace the Hard Drive in it.
Right now it has a 4200 Speed 40 GIG HD.
Its about 2 years old now
I want to replace it with a 60 gig or higher 7200 speed Hard Drive so i can reinstall windows on it...
Also if anyone knows of a certain type i have to have for this model..Where is the best place to buy a used one.
4200 is just crazy slow for loading applications.
Also can i get some kind of upgrade to the memory as that also might be a reason why this machine is so slow.
Since its more than a few years old im hoping some faster memory will help also.
Any help would be fantastic with this.

newegg is a good place to pick some up. You'll want 5400rpm 2.5 inch PATA interface NOT SATA.

So i take it you cant get a 7200 for this model then ?
I wont be using it anyway but from what ive seen it looks so slow..
Im guessing the 4200 is one reason.
Since NEWEGG doesnt offer any kind of support when loooking for a product
do you have maybe a link to make sure im getting the right thing because i havent got a clue on notebooks.
Thanks for the reply.
