New M1330 LED or stay with LCD?

I'm going to be docking my M1330 and using an external Ultrasharp monitor. Should I even bother with getting the new LED screen? If I'm using both screens at the same time, the LED would probably make the LCD look bad. Thing is, I want a 20" monitor to use at home and there's no such thing as a 20" LED monitor thats resonably priced...

If the price is negligible - get the LED LCD instead. Why buy a laptop if you can't squeeze all the juice out of it? LED LCD will reduce power consumption and make the screen a bit thinner - in the end - lighther too.

Also, the viewing difference between a LED LCD and a regular LCD is almost non existant. Only difference would be brightness and overall "whiteness" of the display.


In the end, get the LED LCD and get your LCD monitor and be happy.

LED LCD Tend to be more yellowish... but it's hardly visible.
