I have a HP dv9500t notebook and i'm having an issue with the display refresh rate stuck at 59Hz when it should be at 60Hz. I've talked with HP support and they are clueless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the dirver and flashed the bios and still the same issue. I have 2 selections for my notebook display.
1. Generic PnP Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS (Stuck at 59Hz)
2. (Default Monitor) on NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS (Stuck at 60Hz)
option 2 will not apply itself.
I need some help.
