Insp 9100 MR9700...disable/re-enable driver

I 9100 3.0Ghz
MR 9700....

I can run in safe mode and if I disable the MR9700 I can boot into Windows XP Pro. Then I can re-enable the MR9700 and works fine....

Once I reboot....Black Screen......

Is it the Driver or the Video Card???? or something else

Driver. Wipe it out and load dells driver - see what happens. If it works fine, go from there.
