I have a VAIO sz4vwn, with vista as my operating sys. The odd thing is that once the computer enters hibernation mode (usually after a while when not plugged in), it is impossible to get it out of it. Once I turn it back on, it shows that windows is resuming, but it stays in that state for quite a while. Never actually got to the point when it actually loads, as after a couple of minutes I get annoyed and reset the darn thing. I have now turned off the option of hibernation on the power plans that I use since it is useless. Anyone else have this problem?

My other question concerns the power plans on the SZ. Where can I set the options so that when it runs only on battery, it automatically switches to a power saving mode instead of me manually doing it? I think I had this option on before, and now I can't find it...

Thanks;
