I've had my dv9000t for about 7 months now, and about 2 weeks ago I was flashing the BIOS when I got a BSOD and fried the BIOS, so I e-mailed HP that day, and that day got a response asking for my shipping information, and the next day I had the box to ship it back to HP in.
That wasn't the surprise though. I shipped it back to them on a Monday morgning, and I got it back that Thursday. So only four days and it was back in my hands, I think thats just a little impressive
