Hi guys, My sister is going to college and is getting a thinkpad T61 through the university. The notebook comes with a dvd rom/cd-rw drive and 1 gig of ram. I am wondering if its possible to replace the regular dvd/cd-rw drive with a dvd burner such as this one:

if so, is it difficult to do?

Also, I am also thinking of adding another stick of 1 GB or 2 GB memory. Any foreseable compatability issues with gskill, geil or corsair memory?
