Hey Guys,

Looks like Dell and Intel are being sued for patent infringement on technologies encluding HT...Do you think that Intel might have to halt P4 HT manufacturing until this is resolved?

Check out this link: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=14994

For more info, google Dell, Intel and Micorunity.

I wonder how this will affect the pending XPS and 9100 orders...

Actually I think Dell had to use their cardboard expense to pay for the law suit because they can't seem to find a box to put my system in.

Company XYZ: Hey, who should we sure over this?
Lawyer for XYZ: Well, Dell's got alotta cash...
Company XYZ: Ohhh... I like the sound of that.
Lawyer: Muhahaha!
Greedy Exec: Muhahaha!

Why am I picturing Dr. Evil... huh, weird.

The Intergraph patent case was settled for ~250mil. This one is with MicroUnity...but apparently being handled by the same lawyers though. Guess who the big winners really are?
