I don't care about the oc part really, I mean I do, however I can't stand the noise of fans. The original CPU fan I had could be heard on my conference calls, and this is though a pretty thick case. With water, I don't really hear anything, and that's worth it to me. Also I don't have to go in and dust my case out all of the time.

This is when I was putting it together, it's fanless now.

Yes it is, would have re-done it this year, but the engine rebuild was funded instead. And I have not ever had to top it off, it's a closed system, so if it did need more MCT1 it would be because something failed.
