Anybody with a z61m out there?

Hello. I am using a z61m that was bought for me at work and I was wondering if there were any other people out there with one. I got it back in Nov after giving up on the A31p that was issued to me when I first started work. The spec's are as follows: 2Ghz Core Duo, 100GB (7200rpm) HD, ATI Radeon X1400, (128mb with sharing system RAM up to 512mb) Windows XP Pro (converted to Vista Business) 2GB RAM. This is a very nice notebook and has served me well. I love the Biometric Security (i.e fingerprint scanner) and the performance is amazing. Anyway, I was just curious about anybody else with a z61m...

hi fellow z61m. I recently got mine a few weeks back... I don't regret it, especially with the fact Zs has been discontinued and the T61 is out there... this is much better over my previous T42. Do you fine it heats up at the bottom? Z61M model 9452

It does seem to overheat just a bit. While the fans are not that loud, it does seem that the fans have to run a bit due to overheating. I am very happy with it as it's a lot better than the A31 I was using previously.
