Yeah it came with the adapter and worked good after I had to call Alienware to find drivers for the USB Adapter for the remote. The adapter plugs into the back and the other end plugs into a regular cable line. They forgot to install the drivers and microsoft had a bad driver download on their website final we found a driver that fixed the bad download on microsoft. I have the link if anyone has a problem with their Remote. The tv tuner works great I love that you can look two weeks ahead on regular cable and pick which movies you want to record and watch during the day...
I have a movie saved that I am going to record a week from now and I dont even have to be there to watch it. The tuner will record for me.. Plus I can delete channels that I dont want to watch Like CSPAN or TVLAND...

It wasnt that big of deal to have to find one driver other than that one problem the machine is sweet and lightning fast makes my 4 year old alienware desktop look like an old run down machine.. From looking at my 3dMark score compared to Tbzzz there not much of a difference between the 2.16 and the 2.00 GHz. there was only about maybe 3fps difference in my score and his...

I love the remote because you can put it in the Card reader on the side of the computer and then take it out when you need it... A great place to store it on the computer...

The remote comes with the tv tuner if you get one on your m9750 its easy to use but if they dont install the drivers for it then i have the link for the drivers of the remote..

oh man that's sweet...but I already have a MCE remote =(, but it's the big one that doesn't fit in your express slot..

btw is the tv tuner built in or is it an external usb one?

the tv tuner is built in you may be able to see it on the back of the machine in one of my pictures...the give you the adapter to plug into the m9750 I like the small remote because you can put in the express slot..
