Hi All,

I Hope someone can help me here. A friend has sold me a Amilo M 7400 Notebook quite cheaply and i would like to know what is the fastest CPU upgrade i can do,- Will i need a BIOS flash??- Also, what is the largest amount and fastest RAM i can use to upgrade?
