parallels SUPPORT VARY VARY BAD!!!

I do not know if any one else has has to deal with parallels support but the are some of the worst I have ever encountered I am having problems withe the tools not installing on my MBP i think it is because of the new santa rosa and Nvidia. but the real problem is that in the past two + weeks I have now sent them over 60 FATAL ERROR email reports with absolutely no response. I have sent in for there email support still no response I have also posted on there forum with no response yet. I really do not think they care to help there customers this is very alarming to me that a company would treat there customers so poorly with there support. Don't take my word for it just send them a email and see if you can get any thin other then we will be back to you in 3 business days

Unfortunately you can read stories all over the net like this. Their customer service reputation is what drove me to use VMware's Fusion instead. Plus, the pre-buy is half the price of Parallels... got it for $40!

This isn't a support question or even a Mac/Apple question. Moved to Apple general.

VMWare fusion does have its downs. I use both parallels and fusion, I personally find both to be effective to what I need. I run ubuntu in fusion because of its better compatibility, but I use parallels for boot camp and coherence. I never had a real problem with any of them (except aero won't run)

Also, for MacBook owners, only parallels can use the 3D acceleration, Fusion can't. Fusion will jsut give errors stating the vid card isn't powerful enough to run it and such.

Parallels kept crashing with attempting to install XP, VMware Fusion went through no problems.

I had a fresh boot into OS X and no background apps were running, XP disk was brand new. Tried Parallels about 4 times and it crashed during the XP install all 4 times in different spots. VMware Fusion, first time through installed without problems.
