sorry, my instructions are incomplete.

extract SATA_Raid.rar using winrar or winzip then copy all extracted files to a blank floppy disk do not include SATA_Raid.rar. Yes, you will use a external floppy drive. After that, just follow the instructions above.

For external floppy drive, can we use the home pc floppy drive to run it?or we need to buy a floppy drives using the usb port?

You need a floppy drive that uses a usb port. Because there is no other port that can be use to plug a external floppy drive(inshort external floppy drives can only be plug to a usb port).

Yeap! you got a point in there. They designed and release it for Windows Vista but they didn't anticipate that many users still uses Windows XP. Thats why the resource CD is only for windows vista not for windows xp. Windows Vista has integrated SATA drivers there is no need to use external floppy drive.

I've tried run it on vista but it still doesnt work..its say that "your hard drive partition must convert to ntfs or something.dont know why it wont work..

To all acer aspire 4310 user,

I used to worry like you before about the hasle of installing windows xp until I've learned how to integrate the SATA driver and Windows XP installer in one CD.
You will need the following software to do the job.. nLite-1.4.installer.beta and dotnetfx. You can download it at softpedia.com. Install first the dotnetfx. Then install the other software and run it. Just follow the instruction. Of course you should have Windows XP and SATA HDD installer.
