Not sure what your problem is... are you saying that the system is taking too long to boot to Windows? Or that the system hangs to a blue error screen on booting? Something else?

Please, I realise that english may not be your first language, but take your time and clearly describe the issue as best you can.

Hello, This is Richard from Dell's Online Community Outreach group. I would like to assist you, however I am unsure of what you are describing. "I start up Windows XP the three green things like after the 9th time the Blue Screen Shows it starts fading like in 5 min" Could you please provide a more descriptive explanation of the issue you are experiencing? Hello again,

Are you able to get into Windows Safe Mode? This will start your computer without loading any drivers. This will help break down the possible reasons for the issue your experiencing.

You would first want to verify if the issue is software or hardware before you start to take the computer apart. Report back to the forum if you can enter safe mode.

Hello,

Unfortunately it appear that Windows is corrupted. You can try to process Windows repair or start fresh by completely reinstalling Windows.

When do you mean place in an order do I have to buy it?
No, you would not have to pay for it as it was already paid for with the purchase of the computer. All I would be sending you is a copy. You already have the product key which is on the bottom of the computer (that you have to buy if you loose it).

If you prefer, you can call our technical support and they can order for you.

You would not want to post your personal information in the post. It is probably best that you contact Dell directly at our customer email. Send your question and information to customer_advocate@dell.com, place attention Richard in the subject line. Yes I am sure that you would not have to pay for the copy of a cd.
