Oops, I was looking at the wrong screw. Anyway, just a thought. I'm going to look around, see if anyone sells different size thumbscrews, I'll let you know. I'll probably end up making my own.

i'm on my thinkpad. i'm borrowing (permemently) someone else's power adapter. it's rated 1.3A but my stock power supply is 1.5A. Big deal, i'm undercharging it but i figure some power is better than no power right? So on a 3 hour flight, the battery would last that long just as long as it's getting some power. I don't know about 8 hours though... just a thought; using some battery power and some plane power.

But thanj to Singapore Airline, each seat has movie & audio and games. All "ON DEMAND". Each seat has its own small LCD screen. And this is in economu class. The movie and audio selection are huge and current. The games, tough, are outdated.
As much as I want the 8890 to power up, the movie and audio (music) on demand turns the long flights to be short.
