I have used a number of laptops, but on one imparticular, a Sony Vaio VGN-FS690P, after about 20 minutes, the finger(s) I was using on the touch pad are then exceptionally sensitive to the point of being uncomfortable. Not everyone who has used this laptop has experianced it. Does anyone know of any reasons that this might happen? I only have two guesses. The first being that maybe there's some very low level of electric feedback which does it, and the second that maybe the texture of the pad does it, but I'd be interested to know if it happens to other people and if there's a definitive cause for it.
