Bios Tweaks for M1710

Ièm going through the exercise of reformatting my hard drive and Iève read a tweaking guide that recommends bios settings to improve performance. My question is has anyone done this with their M1710 and if so what alterations to your bios have you found made the biggest difference.

No, the motherboard Bios.

Unfortunately, dell does not like people screwing with their computers, so they lock them up pretty tight. I guess this is good for normal (idiot) users, but its pretty restricting for us power users. There honestly isnt much you can really change in the bios, and many of the things that a tweaking guide might advise wont even be changeable.

I'vve tried searching for some third party bioses, but I couldnt find anything. I probably wouldnt have even had the guts to flash a third party bios if I did find one, seeing as if it screws up, you pretty much brick your entire computer.
