I was banned from Voodoo's boards because they refused to answer a question I kept asking. That was, why are Voodoo's so much more expensive than Alienware for the same hardware? El P spit the dummy and went on an AW bashing rant and ended up embarrassing himself. The only "tuchas" kissing I saw was El P kissing Nelson Gonzalez's ass when Nelson called him on his crap in the AW forums. I guess Rahul didn't want everyone to know Voodoo has been trying to get Alienware to buy them out for a while now.
I've never seen any president of a company act like such an ass as El P did, and I've never been so embarrassed for anyone more than he when he sucked up to Nelson and apologized saying that Alienware was a great company after several posts maligning their company, products and employees. He talks out of both sides of his mouth, he can't stand up for himself, justify his prices, or back up his own unjustified flaming of AW. He never answered the question either.
And I didn't do anything regarding El P's "tuchas" to get back on, I cleared my cookie file and reregistered. Maybe you and Voodoo should learn something about computers before you make yourselves look like idiots again.
You screwed up your system with third party software, and you blame Alienware. You go about getting support all the wrong way, and when Alienware finally tracks your butt down and helps you solve your problem, you boast that your threats worked.
Next time get a Voodoo and you can tell us how great their support is. Judging by the complaints on their forums, you'll have plenty of opportunities to improve your flaming abilities. As it sits, they're rather pathetic.
It's not AW's fault you loaded third party software that caused conflicts.
I'd say judging by your disposition, Alienware once again proved it's mettle by continuing to try to satisfy a complainer like you.
