im looking to upgrade not immensely but to something with better battery life

needs to be portable, nothign bigger than 15.4 inch widescreen and must have GOOD battery life, that means at least 2 hours, or upgradeable battery that gets much better life

thanks in advance for any offers

edit: id also like a webcam on it with a mic built in, thats kind of a must with these laptops up and coming

edit: something with dual core would be nice as well.

I have a 14.1 Benq S73. Brand new. Core Duo 1.66, 512 ram (easy/cheap upgrade but I didn't do it to preserve warranty), 80gb HD, and the best part!! 128mb ATI x1600 video. For more details and pics, find my for sale thread, link in my sig. Was asking $850 if I remember right, but make an offer.

i have a dell e1405

core 2 duo 1.66ghz
80gb hdd 5400 rpm
1gb 667mhz ram
intel gma950 for better battery life
9 cell battery (the big one) over 9 hours battery life with everything turned off except word - about 4 hours with wireless one medium brightness and productivity apps open
Bought 5 months ago so 7 months warranty is still available
asking $700 pm or email me so we can work something out

I have a Dell D810 15.4in with 1.8 Pentium M, 1 gig of 533, 80gig HDD, 1280x800, CDRW/DVD, and the best of all, a 256mb 6800 Go i installed into it. Original x600 included. And the second best of all, complete care til 09. Unfortunately no webcam or mic built in. Battery life is decent, but you can also add a second battery in the optical bay. I dont have a set asking price, but feel free to make me an offer and we can go from there.

If you need more portability with good battery life but dont need power, i would also recommend checking out the Dell 700m. Mine gets around 5 hours with wifi on with the largest battery. Very good screen also, and its very small, light, and portable. That ones not for sale though . And you could get it for less than 700 i think too.
