I had a friend ask me to take a look at his laptop, an Aspire 3810 I believe. It would boot to the network boot and stay there. I looked in BIOS and it didn't see the Hard drive nor the DVD-rw. I reseated the memory and also tried different (known good) harddrives and CD/DVD roms and I could not get the BIOS to reconize the IDE slots. Any suggestions?
