I contacted Hp by email about my laptop not working. They said that it had to be fixed so they would collect it. They then said they were giving my case to someone else or something. I then got a email saying they would pick it up as soon as i am ready. I emailed back saying i was, and now i havent heard anything. I just want my laptop fixed but it seems to be such a big hassel.
