My cousin has a Satellite A65-S126 and it has developed the following problem.
It all begun when her brother tried to watch an avi movie on it. Windows crushed and upon restarting they got a BSOD with a STOP message. The STOP message told them that the problem was the ATI drivers.
She brought the computer to me, I saved her data and proceded to format the laptop. I used the DVD provided by Toshiba to perform a restore. After the restore finsed and the laptop was restarted, beofre even booting windows for the first time, the same message appeared.
I booted in safe mode and deleted the ATI drivers and restarted. Windows booted up fine and finished the final setup. I then downloaded both the ATI toshiba drivers and Omega drivers. Both though give me the same problem.
Is this a problem with the hardware or is there something missing, software wise?
